today in class we continued working on rhetorical devices and how they are used in speeches. we did the same thing as the other day, finding a rhetorical device then writing them down on a worksheet and putting down the purpose of its use. we then wrote a claim as class based on the speech we read which was donald trumps speech on building the border.
today we read mlks speech and listened to it as well. as we read we paused to annotate the speech and put our rhetorical analysis on a sheet where we explained the purpose of them being used.
